Just started tesking a package for the Habari Editor.
The plugin includes Jay Salvat's markItUp!, a light weight and extensible markup editor built on jQuery. For extra effects, Eric Martin's simpleModal was also used. You may recognize this combination from Jay's own site. Couldn't resist toying with the two together.
To test out the HabariItUp! plugin, head to Numberbox. The zip file includes markItUp!, a few templates, simpleModal related stylesheets, etc and can be extracted right over-top of Habari. It will not replace any Habari related files from your installation.
After adding habarItUp! (WIP), you will need to enable the plugin. Currently, the only affected area will be the content editor in Habari (admin->create->publish page or entry).
